When selecting all our products, we attach great importance to Origin and quality. We try to avoid plastic and individual packaging as much as possible for the sake of our environment.
Rich breakfast buffet
Our 3/4 board starts with a rich breakfast buffet, which you can enjoy during the week from 7:00 to 10:30 a.m. and to Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays until 11:00 a.m. to your heart's content.
Freshly squeezed juices, healthy fruit and vegetables from our organic range and à-la-minute egg dishes from our show kitchen ensure the perfect start to the day.
All-round pampering with our 3/4 board
In addition to your booked half-board, enjoy the following at no extra charge 13:00 - 15:30 a small lunch buffet with seasonal delicacies. Various salads, starters and a light, warm main course from our „show kitchen“ are available to choose from. Of course, sweet dishes and cakes are not to be missed.
We are happy to welcome you to the lunch buffet in casual clothing and a bathrobe.
Our ice cream parlor for young & old
What should definitely not be missing from a dessert buffet? Delicious ice cream, of course!
In our ice cream parlor you will find a wide variety of flavors and toppings after your day in the mountains or after your ski course. Feast to your heart's content! Whether 2, 3 or 4 scoops - all included in our 3/4 indulgence board. And best of all: our ice creams are homemade, prepared live and free from preservatives.
Our ice cream parlor is open at lunchtime from 13:00 - 15:30 open for you.
Evening gourmet menu
Braised, marinated or roasted: The movie theater for connoisseurs begins.
Treat yourself to a sparkling aperitif in the bar beforehand, followed by
reserved for every guest in the front row. The focus of the evening is on our regional and seasonal cuisine. It brings together the best of the region and the Alps without losing touch with its roots. Fine wines from our wine cellar skillfully refine the multi-course menu.
Unique cheese buffet
We offer our guests a changing selection of regional and international cheeses at our buffet in the evening as part of our 3/4 pampering board. You can look forward to a very large selection of mature, young and spicy cheeses.
On selected evenings*, our host & sommelier Christian Wolf will advise you on all aspects of cheese and share his knowledge of cheese and matching wines with you.

SUSHI in the Obermühle
Our specialty chef Daniel Ordonez has seen the world. He honed his craft in Japan, among other places. Let yourself be inspired by Daniel's sushi creations and take a LIVE look at the "show kitchen" during preparation.

Affettato Misto
On this evening, you can expect a large selection of cold cuts specialties from Bavaria, Austria, Italy, Spain and Switzerland. Our kitchen director Martin Heiland and our gourmet Christian Wolf will immerse you in the world of cold cuts as part of the appetizer. You can look forward to a variety of regional and international products.

Important note about our kitchen mold
The Obermühle generally does not offer VEGAN cuisine, especially with regard to our evening menus of choice*. Please note this before you book. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or change your reservation at a later date.
*Our guests will find vegetarian alternatives in every course of our evening menu, as well as a wide variety of vegetarian products at our buffets.
*No refunds will be made if you do not make use of our lunch buffet or the evening menu.

Three different dishes await you every day for the main course - consisting of meat, fish and a vegetarian alternative.
The meal concludes with delicious sweet treats from our patisserie. Afterwards, a large cheese buffet with regional specialties awaits you.
