Why is there no VEGAN cuisine at the Obermühle?
Quite simply because we have a passion for what we cook: Regional, alpine cuisine! We want to offer our guests an enjoyable evening with a variety of dishes. As pure vegan cuisine cannot be integrated into our work processes, we have decided not to offer it. However, you will find vegetarian compositions in every course of our menus, as well as in a wide selection at our buffets. We ask you to respect this and to book an appropriately specialized hotel if you have a vegan diet.
