The combination of quality and regionality is reflected in delicious starters, solid and exquisite main courses and delicate desserts. Because Bavarian cuisine can do more than roast pork, alpine classics are also a must on the menu. For example, our famous Wiener Schnitzel, based on a recipe by great-grandmother Katharina Betz.
