Is the reception open at all times?
Yes, our reception team is available around the clock, 24 hours a day, also by telephone.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Usually your room is ready for occupancy from 2:30 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room for cleaning by 12:00 noon at the latest. However, you can arrive at any time. We store your luggage safely, both on the day of arrival and the day of departure.

Should I book via a portal or directly at the hotel?
We offer you a best-price guarantee. Therefore it is always worthwhile to book directly with us – here for booking.

Are there parking spaces and how much does parking cost?
The Obermühle offers video-monitored underground parking spaces as well as carports, which can be reserved for € 14 per day. We suggest to book the parking space as early as possible.

May I smoke in the guest rooms?
We are a non-smoking hotel. Please note that smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all public areas. If you wish to smoke, you can do so on the balcony, on the terrace or in front of the hotel entrance. Windows and doors must be kept closed. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee and a possible cancellation in case of an unpleasant smell in the room.

Is breakfast included in the room price?
Our extensive breakfast buffet is included in the room price, daily from 7.00 am to 10:30 am. On weekends and holidays also until 11.00 am.

Is there a reduction for children?
Children under 2 years stay overnight with us free of charge in the parents’ bed. In some categories we will be happy to provide you a sofa bed at € 35 per night or a baby cot (travel cot) at € 25 per night. Unfortunately, this service is not available in the boutique rooms and executive double rooms.

Can I take my pet with me to the hotel?
In the Obermühle, dogs are allowed in suitable rooms. We charge 25,- € per animal and night (without food). Please do not leave your dog unattended in the room. We reserve the right to charge damages for any damage or contamination. For hygienic reasons it is not allowed to take dogs into the restaurant at any time.

What is the tourist tax and what does it include?
The visitor’s tax is € 3 per person and day. Children under 6 years are free of charge; children between 6 and 15 years pay € 1. With your Gapa-Card you receive many highlights free of charge, such as 1x free entry to the Alpspitz indoor pool, free travel with all local bus lines and much more.
