How can I register for the Gipfelstürmer Rewards Club?
You can sign up for our Rewars Club at any time via our website. Register here.

I’m having trouble signing in. What can I do?
If you have problems registering, write an email to gipfelstuermer@hotel-obermuehle.de. We’re here to help.

Do I get a membership card?
You will not receive a membership card for the Gipfelstürmer Rewards Club. You can identify yourself as a member at any time with your membership number.

Is the participation free of charge?
Your Membership in our Rewards Club is of course free of charge.

I have forgotten my password.
Click on „Forgot password“. After you have entered your email address, you will receive an email from us with a temporary password.

How can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. You can delete the member account via your settings in your personal Club area. Alternatively, you can send an email to gipfelstuermer@hotel-obermuehle.de. All collected points and your Club level will expire.

How can I collect vertical meters?
With every generated purchase you can collect vertical meters. For food and beverage services you receive two meters per € 1, for overnight stays and all other activities you receive one meter per € 1.

Are there any rates that cannot be credited?
Only direct bookings are qualified for the Club level. If you book your stay through e.g. a third party provider, we cannot credit them.

Will my vertical meters be credited immediately after my stay?
Your vertical meters will be credited after your departure. It can take up to 24 hours for the credit to be visible in your account.

The vertical meters for my last stay are not included into the calculation. What should I do?
Vertical meters will be credited after you check out. The automatic process can take up to 24 hours. If you have not been credited with the difference afterwards, write an email to gipfelstuermer@hotel-obermuehle.de.

How long are my vertical meters valid?
Your vertical meters are valid for two years from the day of departure.

I have already stayed several nights, but no vertical meters / no Club level are displayed after registration.
The Club level and meters are automatically saved if your booking (s) and registration were made using the same e-mail address. Please adjust your email address. Please also note that bookings via third-party providers cannot be taken into account.

How long is my Club level valid?
Your Club level is valid from the day of departure for the current year and two further years.

How can I redeem my vertical meters?
You can redeem your vertical meters via your individual Club area, you will find all the rewards here. As soon as your request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
